Very clean and neat. Quiet at night and bed very comfortable. Lighting was perfect for sleep. Food was decent and loved the fact the gentleman watched and corrected people at the food station so they did not contaminate the food by not using the tongs. He was also very observant to clean the area well when a person would leave the table. The front desk gentleman was pleasant and was able to get us a room where our other family members were staying. The men who were working the next morning on our floor were very cordial to us as well.

The staff who kept the room clean were all kind with customer service focus. Checking in and out, was great. The property is conveniently located next to great eating facilities.

The staffs attitude to do more or please the customer in resolving Issues..EXCELLENT...,Solved! No argument no hassle and IM AN overly satisfied customer! And witnessed other customers being attended to as well... Oh yea the pool isn't closed like some around the area.... Holiday Inn Express randolph your paying an average price for a king and guess what ALL THE AMENITIES WORK, the BREAKFAST is well sorted with a good variety of healthy cold options and delicious hot breakfast items. 6:30am-10am .ROTATED TO BE ALWAYS FRESH AND An ATTENDANT TO HELP JUST FOR THE BREAKFAST AREA.*** IT ISNT a first come first served, get while it's hot**** you can Sit and EnJOY!

I was at the Randolph Express. I loved the staff. I had lots of fun with them. I didn't eat there, I had my own food, but I was simply happy... and then, unfortunately, needing four more days to conduct my business in this area, and in order to save money, I had to finish my final four days of business at the local Comfort Inn, and that's when I really appreciated my stay with Holiday express! Thank you!

Clean room warm, everything's bright and staff is friendly. The beds are like falling back into a big marshmallow. My shower was hot and the shower pressure perfect. Coffee was great. I definitely recommend this hotel if you're interested in a stay in the Randolph area! Close to everything, conveniently located especially if you get dropped by a cab, like I did.

The staff was very helpful, polite, and service oriented. The bed was very very good. The place was sparkling clean. Breakfast was very good. The wash machine and drier came very handy.

Breakfast was amazing. Staff great and in tune with various personas of the diversity of the guest. Helpful in all ways. The housekeeping team. Oh my!! Soon as I got off the elevator heading to the room. The fresh smell let me know I've chosen a great hotel. Room was big with all amenities needed. I'll be staying here when I visit again

The Staff was Fabulous and the Room was top notch. With all my travels Since 2020 and COVID 13 times across the USA, simply the Best hotel I've stayed at by Far on Booking.com or any other Travel site. Just loved it. After so many disappointing Stays with no staff and poor conditions. Super Value for the Boston area. Tried to tip the staff and they refused our Money.
